Construction has begun on new two-story 6th grade academy replacement middle school for 600 students.

JANUARY 2026 UPDATE

CEW North Facility

The scope of the project includes building a new 103,000sf middle school for 600-students on the existing C.E. Williams North Campus.

The first-floor concrete slabs are complete. CMU walls are underway in all areas of the building. They are scheduled to bearing height and be ready receive steel for the second-floor framing in Area B by the end of this month. The project is on schedule for occupancy August 2027.
